Launched in 2022 at the initiative of double Olympic Champion Fabian Cancellara, the Team is set to take the world of professional road cycling by storm thanks to a daring new approach to the sport: Swiss, Human, Performance.

The Content Producer will play an important role in the communications team, executing the creation and delivery of high-quality digital assets for various platforms. Under the responsibility of the Video Content Manager, she / he will be responsible for managing end-to-end production, ensuring all content aligns with the brand’s visual and storytelling standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, producing video and photo content, managing post-production workflows, and supporting marketing campaigns with engaging content. The Content Producer will also contribute to creative strategy, content planning, and the optimization of assets for different media channels.
We are looking for a young and ambitious individual with experience in the sports industry. The Content producer must have a high degree of initiative, creativity, flexibility, social skills, and a "going the extra mile" mentality.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Fulfill production needs, ensuring a smooth, timely, and high-quality creative process

Execute the content production under the supervision of the Video Content Manager to support brand, marketing, and partnership objectives

Develop and implement efficient production workflow to ensure timely content delivery

Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and commercial teams on elements for campaigns, sponsorships, and activations (e.g., branded content, Reels, data-driven video content)

Manage a structured production calendar and content pipeline

Maximize the value of existing content by repurposing assets across channels and platforms

Work closely with the Video Content Manager to identify new multimedia opportunities and storytelling formats
THIS IS YOU:

Strong skills in editing and enhancing video content with Adobe Premiere Pro

Ability to create simple animations and motion graphics to elevate storytelling and visual impact

Confident in operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure high-quality results

Manage and maintain video production equipment and overseeing a structured inventory system

Speak and write (professional level) English and German. Any other language is an advantage

Creative and proactive, always looking for innovative ways to add value

Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance sports environment

Passionate about cycling and the broader sports industry

Understands that frequent travel and weekend work are required

Able to work at least three days per week in our office in Sursee, Switzerland
