Contract Extension: Long-Term Commitment from German Duo Marius Mayrhofer and Florian Stork

Marius Mayrhofer and Florian Stork extend their commitment with Tudor Pro Cycling and are set to race with the Team through the 2029 season.

Marius and Florian joined Tudor Pro Cycling in 2024 and have quickly become essential contributors to the Team’s success, each bringing their own distinct strengths and ambitions. 

Marius joined the Team as a versatile puncheur with a strong sprint, excelling on hilly and Classics terrain. The 25-year-old’s palmarès includes a win at the Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race in 2023 and a stage victory at Boucles de la Mayenne in 2025. Unfortunately, an injury sustained earlier in 2026 prevents Marius from returning to competition for the remainder of the season. 

Florian has flourished since his arrival at the Team. In January 2025, the 29-year-old celebrated a breakthrough victory at the Trofeo Serra Tramuntana and sealed podium finishes at the Giro d’Italia in 2025 and 2026. Florian is known for his punchy climbing style and stage-racing qualities.

Reflecting on his contract extension, Marius Mayrhofer shares: “I’m happy to continue racing with Tudor Pro Cycling for the years ahead. Since joining the Team in 2024, I have witnessed impressive growth here, and I am proud to have contributed to that progress. Looking forward, I am committed to working hard on myself and supporting the Team’s ambitions. Although this year brought personal challenges, I always felt the Team's full support. I am determined to repay the trust placed in me with strong performances as soon as possible.”

Florian Stork looks back on his personal development and echoes the sense of unity and ambition within the Team: “Joining Tudor Pro Cycling in 2024 was exactly the fresh start I needed at this stage of my career and after a longer period of injury. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported, which helped me grow and develop to new levels, like completing my first Grand Tour and even fighting for stage podiums at the Giro d’Italia. The environment here encourages me to challenge myself and take the next step, both personally and professionally. This contract extension is a sign of mutual belief and trust, and I’m excited to keep building on our progress and the future. I look forward to the next races until the end of the season and working towards the bigger goals we have as a Team over the course of the next years.”
