Roland Thalmann Extends and Completes 2026 Roster

Swiss rider Roland Thalmann has signed a one-year contract extension with Tudor Pro Cycling, completing the Team’s 2026 roster with 30 riders.

A loyal teammate across all terrains, the 32-year-old from Lucerne has become a cornerstone of the squad’s collective strength.

“I am really happy to continue with Tudor Pro Cycling,” said Roland. “The Team values the work of helpers and domestiques, even when it doesn’t show in personal results. Extending my contract proves it’s not only about victories, but also about the riders who make those results possible.”

Looking ahead, Thalmann remains motivated to support his leaders while nurturing a personal ambition: “My goal is to keep giving everything for the Team’s success. On a personal level, I still dream of starting a Grand Tour - that would be a huge milestone at 32.”

Reflecting on his 2025 season, Thalmann pointed to several standout moments: “The highlights were definitely being part of three victories in the past month - the Memorial Pantani and two stages in Malaysia. I also had the privilege of supporting Mathys Rondel in one of his first big achievements, finishing ninth overall at the Tour de Romandie.”

With Roland's contract extension, the 2026 Roster is now complete.
