Contest Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This contest is organized by Tudor Pro Cycling, based in Grenzstrasse 1, Schenkon, Switzerland.
2. Eligibility
The contest is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Employees of Tudor Pro Cycling and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Contest Period
The contest opens upon publication and closes on Sunday, 26 July 2026 at 23:59 (CEST)**. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
Participants must complete the entry form and provide all required information. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
5. Prizes
The prizes are:
1 × BMC Teammachine SLR 01 frameset
3 × Tudor Pro Cycling Team kits by Sportful (jersey and bib shorts)
4 x Oakley Tour de France Collection sunglasses
10 x Signed Tudor Pro Cycling Tour de France Special Edition Bidons by Elite
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Tudor Pro Cycling reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The decision of Tudor Pro Cycling is final.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted by email no later than 31 July 2026. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, Tudor Pro Cycling reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be shipped to the address provided by each winner. Tudor Pro Cycling is not responsible for delays, loss or damage occurring during shipment.
9. Personal Data
Personal data collected as part of this contest will be used solely for the administration of the contest and the delivery of prizes, unless participants have separately opted in to receive marketing communications. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Tudor Pro Cycling's Privacy Policy.
10. General
By entering the contest, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions. Tudor Pro Cycling reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the contest where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
