Directeur Sportif (m/w/d), 100%

CONTRACT: Permanent position

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our riders and staff in the sporting environment, contributing to the planning and execution of races and training activities, and ensuring a professional and well-organised team operation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and support our riders and staff in a professional sporting environment
Coordinate closely with the Sport Group and contribute to the Team's sporting objectives
Provide guidance and support to our riders throughout training and competition
Contribute to race planning, preparation and execution
Ensure effective communication between riders, staff and the wider Sport Department
Support the development and implementation of sporting processes within the Team

YOUR PROFILE:

Experience in working with young riders or athletes and a genuine interest in athlete development
Experience in a professional cycling or high-performance sporting environment
Good understanding of the structures and requirements of a professional sports team
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Ability to lead and motivate a group of riders and staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English
Flexible, reliable and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
Valid driving licence
UCI licence is an advantage
