Facility Manager / Technical Allrounder (m/w/d), 80-100%

CONTRACT: Permanent position

WORKPLACE: Schenkon/ Sursee

​

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: 

​

• Maintenance and management of the Tudor Pro Cycling Team headquarters, including the surrounding area

• Performing minor repairs and maintenance work 

• Coordinating technicians and handling waste disposal

• Operating the building management system and the fire alarm system 

• Assisting with the preparation and execution of sporting events 

• Ensuring safety, cleanliness and tidiness

YOUR PROFILE:

​

• Completed technical apprenticeship in a technical field

• Continuing Education in facility maintenance 

• Experience in building maintenance and repairs

• Manual skills and technical understanding

• Ability to work independently, reliably and in an organized manner

• Residence within a 15-minute drive of Sursee

• Fluent communication skills in German and English; additional languages are beneficial
