Jesper Stiansen, currently racing with the Tudor Pro Cycling Development Team, steps up to the Pro Team in 2027 and signs a contract through 2029.

02.09.2026

The 21-year-old Norwegian’s journey with Tudor Pro Cycling began in early 2024, when he submitted his application via the scouting platform on the Team’s website. He was then invited to Switzerland for the Talent Days camp in May 2024, where his potential and positivity shone through, both on and off the bike - and earned him a spot on the Development Team from the 2025 season onwards. Despite facing injuries and setbacks during his first year, he continued to progress. The 2026 season, so far, saw him claim two wins and three podiums, including a 3rd place at the U23 Liège-Bastogne-Liège, confirming his readiness for the Pro ranks.

A dream come true for Jesper: "Turning professional is a dream I’ve had since I was 12, and luckily, I’ve had great people around me who have helped me realise that dream. I first heard about the Team’s scouting program in early 2024, I applied and then got invited to the Talent Days later in May, which resulted in me joining the Devo Team the following year in 2025. I’m very thankful for everyone in the Team who has believed in me and helped me along the way. It feels special to be now able to take the next step with Tudor Pro Cycling, and I’m really looking forward to seeing what we can achieve together."

Jens Voet, Head of Development at Tudor Pro Cycling, comments: "Jesper’s journey with us embodies what our scouting platform was created for: finding and nurturing talented athletes who might otherwise go unnoticed. He was one of the very first riders applying via our scouting platform and then joining the Talent Days. His positivity, self-awareness, and clear improvement plan really impressed us during our first meeting. Signing Jesper for the Development Team, despite his limited results at the time, was a decision based on our belief in his potential and the values he brought to the Team. His first year was far from easy, with injuries and setbacks. Over the past winter, we could clearly see him making a big step. Race by race, we saw his progress – two wins and three podiums in 2026 speak for themselves now. His development is also a reminder that talent isn’t always obvious from the outset, but with the right support, it can flourish. We’re incredibly proud of Jesper’s progress and excited to see him compete at the highest level, especially in the races he’s always dreamed of. His story is proof that our approach to talent development works, and it inspires us to keep supporting hidden talents in the future."

Jesper’s promotion underlines Tudor Pro Cycling’s commitment to nurturing young talent and building a successful future together.
