The Tudor Pro Cycling Development Team is gearing up for its fourth season. 15 riders, talents from 10 different nationalities, all united by the goal of developing and progressing towards the pro ranks. From the biggest U23 races to the EuropeTour circuit and first stints with the Pro Team, the UCI Continental squad offers an environment for young riders to learn and grow - physically, tactically and mentally. The Development Team plays a central role in Tudor Pro Cycling’s vision of sustainably building up a new generation of professional cyclists.

Mid November, the entire Team gathered in Andermatt, Switzerland for a successful team-building retreat. The positive atmosphere was instrumental in laying a strong foundation for a successful 2026 season. With fresh energy among both the staff and riders, alongside the continuation of existing knowledge and experiences, everyone is optimistic about achieving great results in the upcoming season. The goal for 2026 with the Devo Team is to continue the progress of last seasons, where a total of 5 riders made the step-up towards the Pro Team.
"Supporting and mentoring the next generation as they progress to the professional ranks is a fundamental aspect of our philosophy at Tudor Pro Cycling."

With the familiar faces of Diego Casagrande (21,SUI), Jackson Medway (21,AUS), Juan David Sierra (20,ITA), Jesper Stiansen (20,NOR), Oliver Mätik (19,EST), Mathias Guillemette (23,CAN), Seppe van den Boer (19,BEL) and Noé Melot (20,FRA), it’s eight riders from the 2025 Devo Team also representing the Tudor shield in 2026.
Newly joining the Team in 2026:
Johan Eltoft (18), the 2.02m tall giant from Denmark with pure horse power. After switching from MTB to road, he did his first full road season in 2025 and moves up from the junior ranks where he scored a 10th place finish in the European Championship (TT) and also raced to winning glory at Nationals in the same discipline. Next to further developing his skills on the TT bike, he’s also looking forward to discover Classics terrain and sprinting opportunities.
Tom Stirnimannn (18), Sursee local and Swiss talent entering the U23 category. After struggling with bad luck in the first part of last season, he draw the team’s attention in Tour du Leman & GP Ruebliland, showing a very solid allround skillset.
Baptiste Lecoq (18), Frenchman from the Normandie region, strenghtening the climbers department on the team. Climbing strongly and still being punchy towards the finish line, the 18-year-old sealed a GC win in La Sportbreizh U19 and a top 10 finish in the prestigious Giro della Lunigiana.
Arthur Progin (19) is a Swiss rider who emerged from the Team’s scouting program. He showcased his skills in domestic races and impressed during the Swiss Test Days. In 2025, he participated in several races with the Team already as a stagiaire and proved his abilities. Arthur mainly excels in challenging races that involve significant elevation gain.
Bruno Kessler (20) hails from Leipzig, Germany. He drew attention during the grueling final stage of Olympia's Tour last season, where he finished 6th despite heavy wind and rain. He participated in the Team’s Talent Days in Switzerland. As a classics rider, he has the ability to perform well in a sprint at the end of a challenging race. Additionally, he combines road racing with track cycling, where he was a world champion in the U19 category.
Lennart Jasch (25) is a former German speed skater who transitioned to road cycling after suffering from injuries. In his impressive first season on the UCI Continental circuit, he won the general classification at the Giro della Friuli and finished 9th in the Czech Tour among several professional cyclists. Having gained valuable experience in professional races with his previous team, he is now ready to take the next step with us, focusing primarily on climbing races.
Jan Huber (20) from Switzerland has already made his mark on the international stage. Originally a mountain biker, he made the switch to road racing this season — and wasted no time in proving himself with securing a silver medal in the U23 road race of this year’s World Championships in Kigali/Rwanda.
Fabian Cancellara:
"Our Development Team provides young talents with an opportunity to enter the world of professional cycling and pursue their dreams. Supporting and mentoring the next generation as they progress to the professional ranks is a fundamental aspect of our philosophy at Tudor Pro Cycling. The fact that riders who have participated in the Swiss Test Days are joining the Devo Team shows that we are on the right track with our scouting program."
Jens Voet, Head of Devo Team:
“The goal for the Devo Team in 2026 is to build on the progress made during the last seasons, where a total of five riders advanced to the Pro Team. Our primary focus remains on preparing riders for careers at the professional level. This preparation involves extensive learning, embracing mistakes, and ultimately using those experiences to progress to the next stage in their cycling careers.
We aspire to participate in major U23 races, including the Giro Next Gen, Tour de Bretagne, and Tour de L'Avenir. Notably, this year, the latter will be organized for trade teams for the first time. Beyond racing, we aim to enhance our riders' skills in all areas—not just physical fitness but also technical, mental, and tactical aspects of professional cycling.“
