After 2023 the team had once again the honour to take part in the Amstel Gold Race. The race, that takes the riders through the hilly region of Limburg (NED) usually promises some exciting and aggressive racing.
The team's lineup consisted of Alexander Kamp, Arthur Kluckers, Aloïs Charrin, Mikà Heming, Jacob Eriksson, Lucas Eriksson and Sebastian Kolze Changizi. The hopes for a Top-10 result were attached to Danish rider Alexander Kamp who has already a 5th and a 9th place to his name in this race.
Spirits were high at the start. The perfect weather conditions with sunshine and temperatures of around 15 degrees certainly helped to improve the riders' mood.
For Mikà Heming it was only the second race back after his crash in Kuurne-Brussels-Kuurne, where the German suffered injuries to his face.
In the end the team's best finisher Alexander Kamp ended the race in 27th position. The Amstel Gold Race marked the last race in what was a long and attritious Classics campaign. The team's eyes are now set on the Tour de Romandie, the first race of 2024 on home soil.
